2. No Physical Returns
- As all services are processed digitally and delivered online (via email, SMS, or WhatsApp), there are no physical products to be returned.
- Therefore, returns are not applicable once the application has been submitted to the concerned department or authority.
3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only under specific conditions:
- The transaction amount was deducted, but the service could not be processed due to a technical error or server issue.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same service.
- The application could not be submitted due to an error from our side before final processing.
No refunds will be issued for:

4. Refund Procedure

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Once an online service request is submitted and verified, cancellation cannot be done as processing starts immediately.
