Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the CM’s Jibon Prerana Scheme Assam 2025, applicants must:
- Be a permanent resident of Assam
- Have completed graduation from a recognized college/university in Assam
- Must be a full-time regular student (not distance mode)
- Must be unemployed at the time of application
- Must have an Aadhaar-linked bank account
- Divyang candidates must upload a valid disability certificate
- Should not have received similar financial assistance from any other government scheme
