The Government of Assam has introduced the CM’s Jibon Prerana Scheme Assam 2025 under the Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship Department to support graduate-complete students of Assam with direct financial assistance.

The Jibon Prerana Scheme aims to empower youth who have completed graduation from recognized universities or colleges in Assam.

Applicants must meet the following conditions to apply for the scheme:

  1. Must be a permanent resident of Assam.
  2. Must have completed graduation from a recognized college or university in Assam.
  3. Must be a regular (full-time) graduate student – distance learners are not eligible.
  4. Must be unemployed at the time of application.
  5. Must have a bank account linked with Aadhaar.
  6. Divyang students must upload valid disability proof.
  7. Should not be receiving any similar government scholarship.
